Salary: $90,000 + early review based on performance
PRD Legal is seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join our growing team based in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated practitioner who is looking to take on a leadership role while contributing meaningfully to client outcomes.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a family law practice within our Preston office.
- Supervise and mentor two soon to be admitted lawyers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Work closely with the Senior Lawyer on complex matters and practice development.
- Handle a varied caseload of family law matters with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years post-admission experience in Family Law.
- Strong knowledge of the Family Law Act and related legislation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a busy file load while maintaining excellent client service.
- Proven experience in mentoring or supervising.
- High-level organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Court appearance experience.
