As our practice continues to expand, we are seeking a motivated and capable Solicitor (2–3 years post-admission experience) to join our growing team.
About the Role
This full-time, office-based role offers the opportunity to work across a range of practice areas, with direct client contact and meaningful courtroom exposure. The successful candidate will manage matters from start to finish and contribute to the firm's continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run matters independently from instruction to resolution
- Appear in various courts and tribunals as required
- Provide clear, practical, and solution-oriented legal advice
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court materials
- Maintain strong client relationships and timely communication
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff
About You
- 2–3 years post-admission experience (Family Law, Conveyancing, and Litigation preferred)
- Strong drafting, communication, and file management skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and meet deadlines
- Professional presentation and meticulous attention to detail
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Current Australian Practicing Certificate
- Availability for regular office attendance and court appearances
