Our Opportunity

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our energetic and revised Human Resources team. This role will assist in the execution of recruitment activities across NSW & QLD and is a key position that plays a major role in our success, by providing expert solutions.

The diverse role holds responsibilities that includes but is not limited to:

• Manage the recruitment strategy and execution: Lead all recruitment related activities and take part in creating the direction of our successful company.
• Get involved in exciting projects: While working closely with the HR team on projects such as establishing our Employee Value Proposition.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement: Use your technical expertise to connect and maintain strong relationships with internal key stakeholder such as department managers as well as external support mechanisms such as recruitment agencies.
• Manage recruitment administration: This includes owning recruitment administration activities such as compliance reporting, and basic HR Administration tasks.

The position is a full time permanent role that allows for hybrid working options for true flexibility.

About You

You will be a:

• Qualified Professional: You will have a proven track record within recruitment/ talent acquisition; specifically within civil construction sector. Internal recruitment or agency background experience with strong blue collar recruitment background will also be highly regarded.
• Subject Matter Expert: You have strong commercial aptitude with a deep understanding of the recruitment process and process improvement management. You will also have strong exposure to relevant legislation, regulations and compliance requirements. A minimum of 5 years experience is required.
• Strategic Thinker: You take ownership for executing the project strategy through applying best practice techniques. This includes providing analytical insight and complex problem solving.
• Relentless Bias to Action: You will be an ambitious self-starter that is energetic and is driven to execute the project successfully and make your team and customer successful.
• Natural Leader: You are astrong leader that is results focused. With strong interpersonal and communication skills.
