As a market leader in the designer toy industry, our rapid expansion across Australia and New Zealand calls for a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Sydney. This is a full-time, office-based role in our Sydney CBD office. You'll play a key role in driving high-volume recruitment for our retail stores and support functions, ensuring we continue to attract and retain the best talent to fuel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across retail and office roles (job briefing, advertising, screening, interviewing, offer management)
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support rapid hiring needs

  • Partner with Store managers and Area managers to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels

  • Create compelling job ads and ensure strong employer branding across platforms

  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to hiring managers and HR team

  • Work closely with HR colleagues to support onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives

  • Contribute to recruitment process optimisation, including system improvements and reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics and analyse hiring trends to inform future planning

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR within a high-volume environment (retail industry highly desirable)
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver to tight timelines
