The Role

We are looking for a
Maintenance Manager
to oversee the property maintenance across our 15 Victorian stores, spanning from Geelong to Mornington; and our 8 Queensland stores, spanning from Browns Plains to Sunshine Coast. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and keeping things running smoothly.

You'll be responsible for proactively maintaining our properties to the highest standard, minimising reliance on external contractors by using your own trade skills where possible, and ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and carry out weekly maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Deliver day-to-day maintenance and repairs within budget.
  • Report weekly to the Regional Manager and Head of Property.
  • Manage petty cash expenses, reconciled weekly.
  • Maintain and service the company vehicle and equipment.
  • Carry out hands-on property maintenance tasks, including:
  • Signage installation and replacement
  • Minor electrical work
  • Carpentry and general repairs
  • Painting and gutter cleaning
  • Preventative pest control and landscaping
  • Air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance
  • DIY Dog Wash cleaning and upkeep
  • Quarterly and six-monthly compliance checks (e.g., test & tag)
