An understanding in residential building maintenance would be ideal, however equally important to us is your excellent system and communication skills, can-do attitude, ability to manage competing priorities, taking pride in your work, and your passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As a Responsive Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting subcontractors to ensure maintenance work orders are delivered on time. This includes:

- Issuing work orders to nominated trades.

- Communicating updates and commencement dates with subcontractors.

- Managing work orders from issue to completion.

- Reviewing work order status and ensuring progress.

- Communicating work requirements and timelines to subcontractors.

- Ensuring timely escalation and resolution of delivery issues.

- Providing guidance to subcontractors on work order variations.

- Demonstrated knowledge of building trades & services (advantageous).

- Previous subcontractor scheduling experience (advantageous).

- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.

- A proactive, accountable approach to your work.

- Pride in your work and strong attention to detail.

- Excellent systems and communication skills, with a can-do attitude.
