Are you a passionate leader in the fitness industry with a strong background in sales, operations, and team management? Snap Fitness Mt Ommaney is on the lookout for a driven and experienced Gym Manager to lead our high performing team and take our state of the art facility to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of personal trainers and support staff.
  • Foster a strong, inclusive team culture aligned with Snap Fitness values.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and set KPIs for staff.
  • Drive membership growth through outbound sales, local area marketing, and referral strategies.
  • Deliver engaging in person tours and effectively convert leads into memberships.
  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective members to boost retention and satisfaction.

Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
  • Ensure all equipment is functional, serviced, and well maintained.
  • Manage gym rosters, group fitness schedules, and personal training availability.
  • Handle member feedback, complaints, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Business & Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
  • Track and report on sales performance, member growth, and retention metrics.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Previous experience as a Gym Manager or in a senior leadership role within a fitness facility
  • Proven track record in fitness sales and team management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for fitness and community building
