Senior Legal Counsel - Real Estate Funds

Our client is seeking a commercially minded and proactive funds lawyer to support its real estate funds and real estate business. The successful candidate will provide legal advice across fund structuring, property transactions, capital raising, and regulatory compliance, working closely with investment and finance teams.

Applicants should have 7+ years PQE, ideally with experience in funds, real estate, or financial services law from a top tier law firm or in-house legal department within a funds or real estate business. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are paramount.
