Job Description
Are you a passionate leader with a knack for coaching and motivating teams to achieve excellence? We're looking for a dynamic Team Leader to guide and develop a team of ~10 Sales Advisors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
The primary focus of this role is coaching, mentoring, and developing your team to achieve their full potential while maintaining a positive and dynamic team environment. You will help shape the culture of success by fostering a supportive atmosphere where each team member thrives.
As the Team Leader, you will not only drive individual and team success in achieving sales targets and KPIs but also lead by example, ensuring your team operates with a customer-first mentality and delivers exceptional service to prospective students. You will provide hands-on ongoing coaching and development to your team, fostering the development of consultative sales skills and empowering sales advisors to confidently guide prospective students through their decision-making process.
You will inspire your team to strive for excellence by creating a motivating, energetic, and results-oriented environment and lead by example in fostering a positive attitude, resilience, and commitment to continuous improvement. You will also regularly recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements, developing team-wide recognition initiatives that promote collaboration, healthy competition, and a sense of pride in collective success.
Qualifications
Education
- Higher education or similar.
Experience
- Demonstrated strong sales and customer service experience.
- Demonstrated coaching experience.
- Exposure in driving operational performance.
- Proven record of accomplishment in a sales-oriented setting, displaying expertise in sales methodologies and tactics.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
- Experience within the Education Industry is highly valued.
Technical Skills
- Exposure to data analysis.
- Experience using CRM and telephony systems daily to direct Advisor activities.
- Highly developed computer literacy, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding listening and comprehension skills.
Special Requirements
- Adaptability to accommodate varying shifts across a range of hours.
- Occasional travel may be required.
