Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coolangatta, QLD for a Supervisor. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high customer service standards, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and efficient working environment. They will be involved in staff training, handling customer queries, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Supervisor will also assist in administrative tasks and support the management team to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Staff management, training, and customer service skills
- Experience in handling daily operations and maintaining inventory levels
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is beneficial
