Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moodlu, QLD, for a Building Supervisor. The Building Supervisor will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage and coordinate trade partners and contractors, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. The individual will be responsible for inspections, addressing any issues that arise, and maintaining health and safety regulations. Additionally, the Building Supervisor will liaise with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supervision and coordination within the construction industry
  • Knowledge in building practices, regulations, and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Relevant trade qualification and/or experience
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction or similar is preferred
  • Experience in the insurance repair and maintenance sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools
