As the Business Development Manager, you will identify, target and engage new business opportunities across manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, and construction sectors.

Lead the full sales cycle – from prospecting and building a pipeline to outreach, discovery meetings, solution presentation, and closing deals – while leveraging existing legacy databases and untapped contacts from recent acquisitions to generate and convert high-value leads.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be based at the current office, with a new, purpose-built facility in Sydney's Western Suburbs scheduled to open in the near future.

Work collaboratively with internal quoting and service teams, while contributing to ongoing account growth and maintenance upsell opportunities.

Proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales with demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

Strong track record of building relationships with stakeholders such as facilities, operations, or maintenance managers in manufacturing or related sectors.

Self motivated and the ability to work autonomously with values that will fit with a high-integrity business.
