Use Your Woodwork Skills to make a Real Difference

are you someone who loves working with your hands and enjoys creating with wood?

We're looking for a practical hands on person to join our friendly Day Program team.

Share your skills in Woodwork with people with Disabilities in a fun, safe and supportive environment

Part Time 27 Hours per fortnight - Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8:45am - 3:30pm

This Role could be a great fit for:

  • Someone with a background in carpentry, cabinet making, or woodworking
  • Someone considering a career change, who wants more meaningful work
  • Someone towards the end of their career who wants to give back and use their skills in a positive way.

About the Role:

  • Support participants to build practical woodworking skills in a creative, hands-on setting
  • Design and lead engaging, skill-building sessions
  • Maintain tools, materials, and a safe workshop environment
  • Help foster a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone can thrive
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the woodworking program

Skills and Experience

The successful applicant must have or be willing to obtain:

  • A Valid Victorian Drivers License
  • NDIS clearance and Worker Orientation completion certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate
