Disability Support Worker – Female Client (In-Home Supports)

Are you an outgoing, warm, and reliable Disability Support Worker who loves dogs, swimming, and getting creative in the kitchen? We are recruiting for a female client who receives in-home core supports 7 days a week, and we're looking for the right person to join her support team.

This role is best suited to a FEMALE support worker who enjoys an active and social lifestyle, and who can genuinely connect with the client through shared hobbies and interests.

About the Role:

  • Provide personal care and daily living support
  • Assist with manual handling and transfers
  • Support the client in the pool (must be able to swim)
  • Drive the client's modified vehicle
  • Help care for and enjoy time with her beloved dogs
  • Share hobbies such as arts & crafts, swimming, baking, and cooking

About You:

  • Female Disability Support Worker (cultural alignment with client preferred)
  • Outgoing and engaging personality – able to build genuine rapport
  • Confident in manual handling and transfers
  • Comfortable providing personal care
  • Able to swim and support in the pool
  • Dog-friendly and willing to help with pet care
  • Patient, reliable, and committed to client-centred care
