We are currently seeking experienced and hands-on
Electrical Supervisors
for multiple opportunities across Tier 1 mining operations in the Bowen Basin. These roles offer the chance to lead high-performing teams working on fixed plant or instrumentation control systems in world-class mining environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise electrical and instrumentation works across infrastructure and fixed plant equipment
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Switchgear, PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards
  • Manage daily work schedules in coordination with planning and production teams
  • Lead by example in the field, mentoring trades and promoting a positive culture

What You'll Bring

  • QLD Electrical Licence (essential)
  • Cert III in Instrumentation (desirable)
  • S1, S2, S3 or G2 (essential)
  • Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 (or willing to obtain)
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in mining or heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations (conveyors, crushers, wash plants, etc.)
