Monadelphous is currently seeking experienced Structural Supervisors to join our high-performing Mackay Operations Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead shutdown and maintenance projects across multiple Bowen Basin sites, including Dragline and Wash Plant operations.

Key Responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and coordinate structural crews during shutdowns.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met.
  • Work across various sites with a strong pipeline of scheduled shutdowns.
  • Opportunity to work short-term or back-to-back shutdowns.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience supervising mechanical teams in mining or heavy industry.
  • Dragline and wash plant experience advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and supervisory tickets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced shutdown environment.
  • Australia working Rights.
  • Open drivers licence.
