What the Role Looks Like:

This isn't your typical clinic job. As an Onsite Physio, you'll be out in the real world, making a measurable impact by:

  • Providing onsite physiotherapy and early intervention
  • Walking the floor and building trusted relationships with employees and leaders
  • Running ergonomic and manual handling assessments
  • Educating employees on injury prevention and healthy habits
  • Partnering with employers to improve workplace wellbeing
  • Potential for 1 day work from home to assist with our triage service

Every day, you'll focus on injury prevention—helping people stay confident, capable, and safe at work—while becoming a trusted health partner, not just a treatment provider.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy + full AHPRA registration
  • 1+ year's musculoskeletal experience (private practice or onsite ideal)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, people-first approach
  • Full working rights in Australia, valid driver's licence, and reliable transport
