We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valuable customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping others.

This role will be assisting in our amazing Customer Happiness team for 3 months over the busy Christmas period. Employed as a casual or on a fixed contract this role available asap.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Team Player

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
