What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?Developing and executing the annual commerce activation plan for Delivery and the appActing as the primary liaison between Marketing, business stakeholders, agencies, and external delivery partnersCoordinating cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budgetOverseeing budgets, track spend, and ensure efficient resource useUsing data and insights to inform decisions and optimise performance Your keys to success:
Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect data, insights, and creative ideas to business outcomesExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProven project management experience delivering multiple initiatives successfullyExperience in audience strategy, segmentation, and activation of first-party dataAbility to lead test-and-learn initiatives across digital and delivery ecosystems5+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or marketing (QSR, retail, or consumer brands preferred)Degree in marketing or a related field (desirable) Relish in the Macca's difference when you join the Golden Arches:
