Your New Role
As a Senior Business Analyst at Aware Super, you will deliver strategic, member-focused solutions and be part of a high-impact Practice team that supports enterprise-wide initiatives and Value Streams, using industry-leading tools and methodologies to drive measurable value.
You will work in a collaborative, agile environment where your insights will shape the future of superannuation, advice, and retirement services.
You will:
- Lead business analysis execution across complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with member outcomes
- Contribute to business cases, define scope, manage inter-dependencies, and support risk mitigation
- Facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Design solutions aligned with business strategy and member needs
- Embed risk and compliance frameworks and foster a culture of accountability
- Champion "The Aware Way" our agile framework for solving the right problems at speed
How do you exceed our expectations?
You are an experienced BA who thrives in complexity and is passionate about delivering strategic, member focused solutions.
In addition, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in business analysis, with strong knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Expertise in BABOK, UML, BPM, CBM, and capability mapping
- Hands-on experience with Aware Way tools (Miro, Jira, Confluence)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to work independently and mentor other analysts
