. In this role, you'll combine financial and sales reporting expertise with a strong passion for ESG to help guide business decisions and deliver on our environmental commitments.
From accurate monthly reporting to B Corp and Climate Active data tracking, your work will influence performance, inform leadership, and push Hub's sustainability agenda forward.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves numbers, systems, and impact - and wants to apply their skills in a company that balances profit and purpose.
What your day-to-day will look like (but not limited to):
- Prepare and maintain key financial and sales reports, including leadership packs, P&L variance reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by liaising with department leads, uploading and validating data, and checking for accuracy.
- Maintain data accuracy across financial systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure reliable reporting sources.
- Explore and implement new tools & system improvements to increase reporting automation and team efficiency.
- Manage ESG reporting processes, including data collection and certification tracking for Climate Active and B Corp.
Qualifications

- Has strong experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and budget support.
- Has an interest in ESG and sustainability - familiarity with frameworks like B Corp or Climate Active is a plus, but not essential.
- Thrives on accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering clear, insightful reports that support decision-making.
- Communicates clearly and can work cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and sales.
- Is comfortable working with multiple systems and tools — advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with Xero, Power BI, and OfficeRnD is a bonus.
- Loves process improvement, bringing a proactive mindset to making systems and reporting smoother, smarter, and more scalable.

- Enjoy a hybrid work environment with flexibility and trust.
- Enjoy great perks like a Wellness Fund, Volunteer Leave, and a paid day off during your birthday month.
- Join a team that's certified as a Great Place to Work, and part of a certified B Corp and carbon-neutral business that truly walks the talk.
