From accurate monthly reporting to B Corp and Climate Active data tracking, your work will influence performance, inform leadership, and push Hub's sustainability agenda forward.

- Has an interest in ESG and sustainability - familiarity with frameworks like B Corp or Climate Active is a plus, but not essential.
- Thrives on accuracy, attention to detail, and delivering clear, insightful reports that support decision-making.
- Communicates clearly and can work cross-functionally with teams across finance, operations, and sales.
- Is comfortable working with multiple systems and tools — advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with Xero, Power BI, and OfficeRnD is a bonus.
- Loves process improvement, bringing a proactive mindset to making systems and reporting smoother, smarter, and more scalable.
