Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
- Check-in/check-out hotel guests and assist with inquiries.
- Provide information on services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Tenant Services:
- Greet tenants and assist with requests (e.g., maintenance, building access).
- Schedule and follow up on service requests.
- Administrative Support:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and process necessary paperwork.
- Maintain records of guest and tenant interactions.
- Security & Safety:
- Monitor building security protocols and assist in emergencies.
- Maintenance Coordination:
- Report maintenance issues and ensure common areas are tidy.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of office software (REI Cloud or take initiative to learn).
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to work between two hotels.
- Flexible to work 2-5 shifts per week depending on operations.
- Willingness to work weekdays or weekends.
- Immediate start.

Pay: $44,137.00 – $74,942.66 per year
