What the role involves
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and handling general enquiries.
  • Managing bookings and reservations, ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
  • Coordinating with management and staff to confirm bookings and schedules.
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional office area.
  • Providing administrative support when required.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in using booking systems, email, and Microsoft programs.
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
