What You'll Be Doing

• Represent major brands as a sales representative

• Build confidence in negotiation and closing deals

• Work towards targets in a high performance environment

• Receive daily coaching to sharpen your communication skills

• Sales Associate: Build the fundamentals, gain confidence, and start closing sales

• Sales Representative: Sharpen your skills, earn uncapped commissions, and take on early leadership

• Team Leader: Lead a team of 5, drive results, and develop stronger leadership ability

• Sales Manager: Manage a team of 10 while learning operational and management skills

• Campaign Manager: Take ownership of a campaign, lead high performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes
