About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the lifeblood of our business. Working on a hot desk in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, you'll source, place, and nurture top doctors while building a strong market presence. You'll be expected to work at a high standard of activity and deliver against clear financial goals with the full support of our systems, leadership, and values.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing and engaging new doctors through headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels
- Growing and maintaining a portfolio of doctors and ensuring a strong pipeline aligned with financial targets
- Conducting market mapping to identify potential clients and candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, compliance, and placement
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular, professional contact
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs (including 100 outbound calls per week and 5 new CVs generated per week)
- Working closely with the Compliance Consultant to ensure 80%+ compliance for all placed doctors
- Providing accurate reporting, timesheet submissions, and ensuring financial policies are followed
- Supporting cross-selling across the wider team and representing BluePrint Group at events and meetings

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience as a recruitment consultant (healthcare/medical strongly preferred)
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier candidates
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Organised, resilient, and proactive, with the drive to exceed activity and revenue targets
- High performer with a can-do attitude and hunger to succeed in a competitive market
- Tertiary qualification in HR, business, or related field (preferred but not essential)
