Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM platform.
- Create and execute targeted campaigns and communications based on customer data and segmentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective use of CRM data.
- Analyze CRM performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM management.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Oracle).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
