The position

As the CRM & Lifecycle Marketer at Tiimely Home, you'll take on a hands on role suited to a data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys owning strategy and execution.

You'll take charge of Tiimely Home's customer lifecycle, uplifting our strategy to engage and nurture our customers while driving measurable growth through personalised, insight-led campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels. You'll also work with key stakeholders to evaluate the suitability of our current CRM platform and recommend improvements or alternatives to better support our growth ambitions

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Auditing and optimising Tiimely Home's CRM platform, evaluating functionality, integrations and suitability for current and future needs.
  • Developing and delivering lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, content, and digital channels to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Designing and executing automated customer journeys, nurture programs, and re-engagement campaigns that increase conversion and lifetime value.
  • Using data and insights to inform campaigns, segment audiences, and continuously optimise based on conversion, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborating with the broader Tiimely Home team to integrate CRM and marketing automation with broader performance marketing and CX initiatives.
  • Defining and tracking measurable KPIs, such as maximising revenue per customer, open/click-through rates, conversion % of new and existing customers, customer retention, NPS, and ROI of CRM activities.
  • Testing, learning, and iterating – managing A/B and multivariate testing to improve content, timing, and segmentation effectiveness.
  • Contributing to content and messaging strategies, ensuring communications are aligned to Tiimely Home's brand voice and commercial goals.

The successful candidate

Here's some of the things we'd like you to bring:

  • Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or growth marketing roles (preferably in B2C or fintech environments).
  • Hands-on experience building automation, workflows, and segmentation in CRM toolsStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM reporting and attribution modelling.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • You're adaptable, strategic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications would be highly desirable.
