HIRING — Restaurant Supervisor | The Cottage Balmain (Sydney)

We're on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our close-knit team at The Cottage Balmain — a heritage-listed, courtyard-style venue with a focus on quality food, premium drinks, and genuine hospitality.

What we're looking for:

Strong floor presence and confident leadership during service

Ability to supervise and support front-of-house staff

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Experience with SevenRooms, running sections, and coordinating with the kitchen/bar

A positive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for creating great guest experiences

Details:

Level 4 casual pay rates + tips

($35.15 Mon - Fri, $42.18 Sat, $49.21 Sun, $70.30 Public Hols)

Full-time opportunity available for the right candidate
