Key Tubing & Electrical is an Adelaide-based manufacturer with a seventy-year history supplying custom electrical components to major OEMs across healthcare, HVAC, refrigeration, automotive, caravan and 4WD, beverage dispensing, and defence sectors. As the business continues its evolution as a make-to-order specialist, often co-engineering solutions with clients, the Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's commercial future.

Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the senior leadership team, the Commercial Manager will be a confident commercial leader with a strong record in B2B sales, ideally within technical manufacturing or a related industrial environment. It demands someone who can generate new business with a hunter mindset while maintaining trusted long-term relationships across existing accounts. Additionally, you will be comfortable with developing bespoke components for customers with the ability to manage longer sales cycles.

The successful candidate will be a practical leader who brings strategic clarity, commercial discipline and a collaborative mindset. They will demonstrate genuine curiosity about how products are made and an ability to translate customer needs into clear internal requirements. A hands-on style is essential in a flat structure where strong communication, relationship building, and team development underpin success. The ability to mentor and lift a diverse commercial team while contributing constructively at the leadership table will be central to achieving the organisation's growth and diversification goals.
