The Opportunity

We're seeking a
Senior Associate level lawyer (5+ years PAE)
to join our high-performing in-house legal team.  Reporting directly to the Group's General Counsel, you'll play a key role in providing strategic and practical legal advice across the business.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters including:

  • Large-scale construction, development and investment projects
  • Corporate governance, compliance and risk management
  • Contract drafting and negotiation
  • Capital raising, debt finance, corporate and general commercial transactions
  • Management of external legal service providers

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law and transactions (top/mid-tier firm or in-house)
  • Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
  • The ability to deliver practical, solutions-focused advice
  • Confidence, proactive, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in AFSL compliance (desirable but not essential)
