About the Role

We are looking for 3 experienced and passionate Senior Café Staff Members to join our team at the Renmark Club, a vibrant venue on the banks of the Murray River in Renmark, South Australia. This is a casual role offering both flexibility and the chance to contribute to a dynamic and changing hospitality environment.

As the Club embarks on a multi-million redevelopment, including the transformation of our riverside deck area, brand-new kitchens, bar, and sensory-friendly spaces, now is the perfect time to become a part of our team and help shape the next chapter of our café and customer experience. Stage one is due for completion in October, with stage two to start after the busy Christmas period.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing *excellent customer service** in a busy café setting

* Preparing and serving food and drinks with efficiency and attention to detail

Maintaining high standards of *cleanliness, presentation, and food safety**

* Mentoring and training junior team members

Actively contributing to the *enhanced guest experience** as we enter a new era of hospitality

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a *senior café or hospitality role*

A passion for customer service and *creating memorable dining experiences*

* Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities

* A proactive approach to café cleanliness and organisation

Flexibility to work through the demands of a *renovation period** and a changing service layout

* Hospitality or food service qualifications are a plus, but not essential
