Job Title: Senior Manager - PodiatryAbout the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Podiatry leader to join our team as Senior Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operational and professional aspects of our Podiatry services.

You will have overall accountability for the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to patients across all points of service, including acute care, aged care, rehabilitation, NDIS, community care, and child health and development.

Key responsibilities include planning, leading, and developing highly skilled, evidence-based competencies across the podiatry workforce, ensuring service delivery is underpinned by best practice evidence, and facilitating human resource processes.

Additionally, you will provide clinical supervision for podiatry staff and other designated Allied Health and Restorative Care team members, with oversight from the Director Allied Health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must hold a recognised qualification within a relevant Allied Health profession and be eligible for full membership of the relevant Professional Association.
  • For those professions requiring Registration, all requirements must be fulfilled to achieve and maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).
  • A higher qualification in a relevant area such as health service management, professional specialisation/clinical education will be highly regarded.
