The Senior Manager - Podiatry plays a pivotal role in workforce development initiatives, ensuring country communities have access to high-quality care that promotes dignity, respect, choice, independence, and social connection.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Initiate research, service quality, and workforce improvement initiatives.">
  • Provide expert consultancy to Executive, service providers, and consumers with complex needs.">
  • Provide clinical supervision for Podiatry staff and other designated Allied Health and Restorative Care team members.">
  • Operational planning and service implementation of a delegated Allied Health portfolio.">

  • Eligibility for (full) membership of the relevant Professional Association.">
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).">
