Job Description:

  • Coordinate service calls, quotations, planned maintenance, and installations to ensure efficient schedules, technician productivity, and customer communication.
  • Maximise technician time through proactive planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor technician progress, update records, and manage revisits and backlog through recovery scheduling.
  • Support customers with timely updates and clear communication.
  • Streamline administrative tasks by connecting service, sales, and technical support teams.
  • Manage travel for technicians, review on-call rosters, and close out call-outs for invoicing.
  • Maintain technician inventory, review stock levels, source non-stock items, and handle ordering and distribution.
  • Collaborate with service managers to track performance, identify training opportunities, and document events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or dispatch/scheduling roles.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, advanced computer literacy, and excellent communication and customer etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and possess strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced team environments and ability to adapt quickly.
