We're looking for a Paid Social Media & Content Specialist to join our creative and data driven team at Pivotal Agency. You'll manage high performing Meta Ads campaigns, create engaging social media content, and contribute to Google Ads performance strategies that help brands grow.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and hands-on role for a creative marketer who also loves data. You'll be responsible for planning, creating and optimising Meta Ads campaigns while supporting Google Ads performance through ongoing analysis and improvements. You'll work across paid and organic social, email, and landing page design, ensuring every campaign is beautifully executed and results-driven.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Plan, create, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns to meet client KPIs.
  • Design high-quality ad creatives (image and video) that convert.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly account reviews for campaign optimisation.
  • Create, schedule and manage organic social media content for multiple brands.
  • Design engaging email templates (Mailchimp) and landing pages (Swipe Pages).
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare data-driven insights.
  • Support the Google Ads team with campaign optimisation, keyword analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the wider digital team to deliver cohesive cross-channel marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and a strong understanding of SEM fundamentals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong creative content skills – video editing, Canva design, and email/landing page creation.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing your best performing campaigns.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to streamline content creation and campaign performance.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or eCommerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Unbounce.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and HTML/CSS basics.
  • Motion graphics, animation, or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
