Paid Media Specialist

As a Paid Media Specialist, you'll take ownership of multiple client accounts, developing and managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max. You'll combine analytical precision with creative flair to craft campaigns that drive meaningful conversions and growth.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping paid media strategy, from campaign structure and keyword targeting to ad copy, testing, and ongoing optimisation.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute data-driven paid search strategies that deliver measurable ROI
- Manage and optimise budgets to maximise campaign performance.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation.
- Analyse and report on performance data using Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other tools to uncover actionable insights.
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with design and content teams to ensure alignment across platforms.
- Integrate paid media campaigns with broader digital marketing efforts across SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Stay ahead of Google Ads trends, AI automation, and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
- Minimum 4+ years' experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns. Preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of Search, Display, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
- Proven track record managing large-scale budgets and achieving measurable performance growth.
- Excellent copywriting skills - you know how to write headlines that convert.
- Advanced analytical ability and strong reporting skills.
- A natural problem solver with the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills - you can collaborate and communicate with both internal teams and clients.
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance and optimise your PPC campaigns.
