**The Role Summary & Skills Required**:
As the sole member of the marketing team you are required to have a diverse skill set, being adaptive, and self-motivated. Planning, organising, directing, control and coordinating the sales and marketing activities within Corbwood & Associates organisation. Effective sales and marketing require a combination of various skills to engage customers, build relationships, and drive revenue.
**Communication Skills**: _Verbal and Written:_ Clear and persuasive communication is crucial for both sales and marketing professionals. This includes the ability to articulate ideas, write compelling content, and engage in effective conversations.
**Interpersonal Skills**: _Relationship Building:_ Building and maintaining relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues is vital. This involves empathy, active listening, and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
**Negotiation Skills**: _Win-Win Negotiation:_ The ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements is essential in sales. This involves understanding the needs of both parties and finding common ground.
**Analytical Skills**: _Data Analysis:_ Marketing professionals should be able to analyze data to understand customer behavior, market trends, and the performance of marketing campaigns. Salespeople benefit from analyzing customer data to tailor their approach.
**Digital Marketing Skills**: _SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing:_ In today's digital age, understanding digital marketing channels is crucial. This includes search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and content marketing.

**Highly relevant tasks include / What you’ll be doing**:
- Leading the creation and execution of company endeavours to promote the goods and services of Corbwood & Associates to a broader audience.
- Steering the development and execution of strategies that cultivate and uphold a positive image and reputation for Corbwood & Associates among all stakeholders
- Overseeing the formulation and execution of sales strategies, along with the establishment of sales targets, to optimize sales and foster customer loyalty at Corbwood & Associates.
- Guiding the development and implementation of plans to boost the consumption of Corbwood & Associates' offerings by cultivating and strengthening 'brand image' and 'brand loyalty.'
