SCB is a leading WA supplier of premium window furnishings, specialising in custom curtains, blinds, and commercial fit-outs. With decades of industry experience, we deliver high-quality solutions across both residential and commercial projects. Our team is dedicated to professionalism, innovation, and customer service — making us a trusted partner for builders, designers, and clients across Perth and beyond.

We're now looking for a motivated Project & Sales Manager to oversee installations, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage projects from consultation through to installation.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare quotes, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate clients, suppliers, designers, and installers.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and progress.
  • Generate new business and close sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to follow-up.

What we're looking for

  • Project management, sales, or installation background (residential or commercial).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Confidence in quoting, presenting, and meeting targets.
  • Knowledge of curtains/blinds a bonus — training provided.
