Kresta Holdings Ltd is a household name and is a leading retailer in Australia and New Zealand. We provide a stunning range of custom-made curtains, blinds, shutters, awnings and a wide range of decorator accessories. We currently have more than 20 stores located throughout QLD, NSW, WA, VIC, ACT and New Zealand.

About the role

Fitting blinds and curtains within the metro area

We require an experienced team player to work on a contract basis installing window furnishings in our customers' homes. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will represent Kresta Blinds and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Experience in either Window Furnishing fitting or building/handyman or carpentry is preferred, but we can train the right person. Your earning potential is high with a high volume of work to be expected.

Duties

  • Fit window furnishings (Blinds, Curtains) in customers' homes
  • Performing service, check measures and maintenance works on these products
  • Liaise with the Centralised Service team who will coordinate your appointments
  • Identifying technical faults and actively problem solving to resolve installation issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service

You will have

  • Previous Window Furnishing fitting experience preferred but not essential
  • Proven handy person skills, proficient with hand tools and measuring equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in work
  • An understanding of safe work practices
  • Own Van and basic tools of the trade
  • ABN and Public Liability Insurance required
