Hellburger isn't your average burger joint and we're looking for a kickass Manager who's ready to take things to the next level.

About the Role:

All juniors can be taught from the bottom can have a small chat and organise a trial and see how we both like it... :)

As far as mangers, this is not just a management job. You'll be the heartbeat of the store — leading a passionate team, crafting qaulity burgers, and driving our brand into its next evolution.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring our awesome crew (including juniors)
  • Creating rosters and managing day-to-day operations
  • Stock ordering and supplier relationships
  • Contributing to menu development (yes, your creations)
  • Keeping costs tight and standards high
  • Helping develop fun, social content (got TikTok & food photo skills? Bonus)
  • Growing with the business — profit share and/or franchise potential for the right fit

You:

  • Have experience running a kitchen or hospitality venue
  • Are organised, creative, and love working with people
  • Thrive under pressure and know how to get the best out of your team
  • Have a genuine love for food and customer experience
