Salary - $100,000-$150,000 package based on experience

About you

Currently we have had a fulltime physio resign, and this rarely available opportunity for our ideal candidate is to commence employment between now and October. You would be stepping into her caseload and not having to build a caseload from scratch.

• Ideally you have a special area of interest within private practice - we currently have physios with special expertise in clinical pilates, pelvic health, gym based rehab, and occupational health
• The physio leaving is a general musc physio with extra training and skills in treatment of headaches, and we are ideally looking for a like for like replacement (but please still apply if you are a general msk physio as this is 90% of the caseload of the leaving therapist)

The role

• The hours required for this role are completely negotiable - anywhere from 30 hours to 38 hours a week is fine for the right applicant (although our ideal applicant is wanting fulltime or close to fulltime employment)
• You will be replacing an existing fulltime therapist with a caseload that you will step straight into and not have to build up
• You will treat a mix of private musculoskeletal clients and we will assist you in building a niched caseload to suit a special area of interest
• Appointment lengths will be customised to your needs (both initial and follow up consultations) and level of experience
• We will consider applicants with any level of experience, although our preferred candidates will have 10+ years in private practice
• Your level of experience will determine your salary package, and our existing therapists' salary packages range from a base award salary to upwards of $50 an hour
• Annual salary package will range from $100,000 to $150,000 pro rata including your base salary plus all bonuses and entitlements (based on experience and qualifications), although your salary may be less if your experience is less than what we desire for this role
• Your salary package includes a bonus/commission structure which allows you to take home an extra $20000-$30000 per year in performance based bonuses
• You will have access to a PD budget, internal formal and informal clinic mentoring, and world class external paid mentors the clinic engages
• We have a highly skilled admin team including an experienced Practice Manager to assist you at all levels of your role, especially with client retention
• Each quarter we close the clinic for a team day focused on helping you grow personally and set goals that are meaningful to you

For suitably qualified applicants outside Australia we are an employer registered to sponsor international physiotherapists, but your physiotherapy degree must be equivalent to an Australian physiotherapy undergraduate qualification., and your skills, communication and command of the English language must be at an exceptional standard to be considered for this role.
