Admin - Front Desk Junior for Growing Physiotherapy

Mature, reliable and professional junior front desk admin required for growing allied health clinic offering physiotherapy, psychology and audiology services.

We are seeking an admin team member who has completed your high school certificate and is aged between 18 and 24 for this opportunity.

You will be required to learn all elements of the front desk role which include:

- customer service - being able to speak to people from all walks of the life accessing our health services
- phone enquiries and appointment bookings
- use of our technology including booking software, EFTPOS and point of sale software, phone software and marketing software
- dealing with customer objections and complaints (with support from your team leader)
- learning about the services we offer - physiotherapy, psychology and audiology

This is a great opportunity for a young person who has a strong desire to work in a customer service role in a small, family owned health business.

Extra points if you have:

- worked in a customer service role before
- worked in a physiotherapy clinic
- have any skills or experience in marketing or social media
- any experience working in a call centre
- above average technology skills

Our chosen applicant is aged 18-24 and fulfills the requirements of the government grant we have been offered (Youth Boost). This requires you to be out of work for 8 weeks between your previous role and starting with us, and that you are not a fulltime student.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
