Who are we looking for?
Our
Brisbane-based
Rail Group is seeking a passionate and experienced
Systems Assurance Engineer
to join our dynamic team. If you have a proven track record in Systems Assurance and are eager to contribute to innovative engineering projects, we want to hear from you.

In this rewarding role, you will be at the forefront of providing Systems Assurance functions on both current and future GHD engineering projects. You will also play a key role in supporting the maintenance and development of our Systems Engineering capability, ensuring we continue to deliver excellence in every project.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Managing Systems Assurance activities on multidisciplinary transport engineering projects (Rail/Road etc.).
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of Systems Engineering approaches through all lifecycle stages.
• Integrating Systems Safety Hazard Analysis and management processes into design development.
• Managing the elicitation/definition and management of transportation system requirements. Including Business Requirements (needs), Systems Requirements (solution) and subsystem requirements (detailed solution).
• Developing and mentoring less experienced engineers/graduates/interns.

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Relevant degree qualification.
• Significant relevant experience, ideally more than 8 years.
• Knowledge of Systems Engineering and Safety Lifecycles.
• Knowledge of requirements development and verification.
• Systems Safety analysis techniques.
• Awareness of RAM and Human Factors.
• Enthusiasm for connecting with our ANZ and Global SESA community.
