Finance & Accounts Officer

We are representing a well-established retailer with a strong eCommerce presence, who are seeking a capable
Financial Administrator
to join their team in Epping. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration skills, particularly in
Accounts Payable
, and who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
  • Assist in preparing and lodging BAS/Activity Statements.
  • Support generation of
    P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow forecasts
    .
  • Assist with transitioning payroll to a managed payroll service.
  • General financial administration duties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across reporting and compliance.

About You

  • Strong experience in
    Accounts Payable
    and financial administration.
  • Exposure to
    NetSuite
    (or another ERP) will be a significant advantage.
  • Capable of preparing and analysing financial reports with attention to detail.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to balance deadlines with business needs.
  • No accounting degree required – equivalent experience will be highly valued.
