About the Role

Grampians Health's Capital Projects Team is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager (Planning) to join our dynamic team. This role provides leadership, professional expertise, and end-to-end project management for capital infrastructure projects across Grampians Health. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of capital infrastructure projects, from planning and design through to delivery

    Conduct research, engage stakeholders, manage consultants and contracts, and oversee project resourcing, scheduling, and budget control- .
    Manage procurement processes and ensure effective contract administration- .
    Actively participate in project meetings and reporting to ensure optimal outcomes for Grampians Health- .

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Construction/Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant trade background

    Minimum 5 years' experience in a related industry- .
    Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams including consultants, technical staff, contractors, and tradespeople- .
    Experience in healthcare infrastructure is desirable but not essential- .
    Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders- .
