Key Responsibilities

  • Research and respond to Ombudsman requests, prisoner correspondence, and represent the correctional facility at forums
  • Contribute to business planning and risk management activities
  • Prepare high-level documentation of a complex and sensitive nature for executive leadership

Requirements

  • Relevant project management, policy, and/or legal qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to plan, monitor, and deliver service development projects within legislative frameworks
  • Expertise in policy preparation, report writing, and complex briefs
  • Strong leadership capabilities and effective communication skills
