Join Cricket Victoria – We're hiring a Foundations Program Lead to join our team

Are you passionate about community engagement, advocacy and making an impact through program delivery?

We are currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as our Foundations Programs Lead. This position will be responsible for the operational delivery of Cricket Victoria's Foundation's programs and initiatives including but not limited to Women's & Girls, First Nations and Accessible Cricket Programs. Working closely with the Head of Cricket Victoria's Foundation, this position will support driving the strategic direction of the Foundations programs to achieve maximum impact across all our initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:


• Support the strategic planning and development of new and existing Foundation programs


• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans and oversee their execution


• Oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of all Foundation programs


• Develop, implement and refine operational processes, workflows and tools to optimise program execution and resource utilisation


• Implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness


• Utilise key performance indicators and metrics to track program progress and outcomes


• Oversee data collection, analysis and reporting to demonstrate program impact


• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations and case studies on program performance and impact to various stakeholders including Cricket Victoria's Board of Directors


• Establish and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to community partners, grantees, government agencies, corporate partners and beneficiaries


• Represent the Foundation at relevant forums, conferences and community events to promote our work and foster new opportunities for collaboration

What You'll Bring:


• Experience in program development and delivery (within community development, non-for-profit, government, events or similar)


• Strong understanding of operational principals, process optimisation and resource management


• Proven ability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders and drive results


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills


• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and opportunities


• Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing program evaluation


• Valid Victorian Employee Working with Children's Check (or arranged upon appointment)
