Solution Architect - Salesforce Health Cloud

We're looking for a Solution Architect with proven Salesforce Health Cloud expertise to join a high-performing team delivering complex, high-impact projects across the health sector.

What you'll do:

  • Architect and design solutions that transform healthcare operations
  • Identify system gaps, define business and technical requirements, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Oversee transition from legacy to new platforms while ensuring compliance and integration success
  • Advise stakeholders, assess solution options, and present clear recommendations
  • Stay hands-on across delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What we're looking for:

  • Deep experience with Salesforce Health Cloud (Care Programs, Utilisation Management, Patient Records)
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels
  • Strong grasp of business operations and IT architecture
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting quickly to change

Nice to have:

  • Health Cloud certification
  • Experience with CRM, SaaS, PaaS or other cloud technologies
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience
