Requisites:

  • Lead the design, solution architecture, and technical implementation of Salesforce projects.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
  • Facilitate and lead business and functional discussions with clients and internal teams (design, build, test teams).
  • Conduct effective meetings, demonstrating brainstorming and consensus-building skills.
  • Implement and guide teams through development methodologies, incl. Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Understand business requirements and propose tailored solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms.
  • Proven experience in architecting solutions across various Salesforce Cloud offerings.
