O'Brien's, BearBrass, Ludlow Dining Room, Turf Sports Bar, Magic Mountain Saloon, and The Precinct in Richmond. We're Hiring:

Red Rock Venues is looking for experienced kitchen staff, qualified chefs, and skilled cooks to join our Melbourne venues. With a busy season ahead, we're seeking professionals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, take pride in producing high-quality food, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

We're currently recruiting for:

  • Qualified Chefs – capable of managing sections and consistently delivering exceptional dishes
  • Chef de Parties (CDPs) – experienced in high-volume kitchens and skilled in their designated section
  • Commis & Line Cooks – reliable, motivated, and eager to grow their culinary skills
  • Pastry Chef – specifically for Ludlow Dining Room, with strong dessert and baking expertise

Roles are available on a casual, part-time, or ongoing full-time basis, depending on the venue and your experience.
